BBQ Baked Potato
When having a BBW, try these as an alternative to baking your potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 Large Baking Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Ground Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Power
Instructions

Cut potatoes into thick 1 inch slices

Combine your remaining ingredients in a large bowl

Toss your potatoes in the bowl, making sure they are completely covered in the marinade

Place on your preheated BBQ grille, find a medium hot spot

Turn every 5-7 minutes for 20 minutes, making sure you baste the sections as you turn them

These are cooked once you can slide a knife in the thickest point and feel no resistance

Best served with either BBQ sauce or a smoky ketchup!
