Succulent, smokey Beef Burgers, what can be better for a BBQ?!

Ingredients

  • 850g Steak Mince
  • 100g Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Teaspoons of Smoked Chipotle and Paprika paste
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Granules
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Hot Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Tabasco
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of White Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Beef Oxo Cube
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl

Using your hand, mix and squelch everything together until fully combined

Cut parchment/greaseproof paper in to 6 inch by 12 inch pieces, and fold in half lengthways

Place a 4.5 inch cookie cutter on one half of the parchment/greaseproof paper and load with 120g of the burger mix

Using the back of a spoon, press the mixture to the edges ensuring the thickness is even throughout

Carefully lift off the cutter

Fold the other half of the parchment/greaseproof paper over your burger

These can be cooked straight away, kept in the fridge for 3-5 days, or placed inside a ziplock bag and frozen
